We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We want you to be able to try Scratch Be Gone with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at scratchbegonehelp@gmail.com to request a return.

Products may be opened and reasonably used for evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse returns involving excessive use, misuse, intentional damage, or items not purchased directly from Scratch Be Gone.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In those situations, we may provide return shipping at no cost to you.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the item you received and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
