Is it possible to modify my address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, kindly provide the new address promptly using the contact form.

Is it possible to change the billing address on my order?

Billing addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed. If the order is successfully placed and the shipping address is correct, the order can still be delivered.

My product arrived damaged.

To report a damaged item, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. Our customer service team will promptly assist you. We cannot address damages reported after 30 days of delivery.

I was sent the incorrect product.

Kindly send a photo of the item(s) you received and the packaging within 30 days of delivery for prompt resolution.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

For a return, your item must be in the same condition upon receipt and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to use it?

  1. Twist the top of the marker by 1 or 2 clicks,Ā once the bristle tip is wet you may start application.
  2. Apply a very small amount ONLY on the scratchĀ you want to remove and be careful not to get it on the rest of the bodywork. If necessary remove the excess directly with a cloth before it dries.
  3. Wait 3 hours.
  4. Enjoy!Ā Your car looks as good as new!

Is the product effective on all car colors?

The item is compatible with all colors aside from those featuring matte and satin finishes (avoid application).

Can I use the same pen on various colors?

Yes, you can. You can use the pen on blue and then on red. The liquid adapts.

What is the marker's lifespan?

Remember to put the cap back on after use to prevent the liquid from drying out. The pen remains usable as long as there is liquid available. Typically covers 30 meters of surface per pen.

How long does the result last?

The result lasts over time. No need to reapply.

Is the result resistant to high-pressure washing?

Certainly. Washing your car with a pressure washer will not harm the seal.

I used too much product and it dried. What should I do?

To remove dried product, apply acetone on a cotton pad and rub until removed.
